Sharon R. Frank is a professional real estate broker and developer who has experienced continuous success by virtue of whole-hearted service. Sharon has made real estate her lifestyle rather than just a career. She pours meticulous attention to detail and a lot of love into her passion for the field. In her 23 years of extensive service in the real estate industry, she has been dedicated to serving the needs of her clients with the utmost professionalism, world-class customer service and unwavering attention to detail.
Sharon holds an AS degree in Business Management, and is a certified Property Manager, Title Closer and Licensed Real Estate Agent. Her early experience in consumer credit and collection set the foundation for her expertise and knowledge in the credit and consumer lending market. From 2002 through 2009, Sharon operated successful satellite mortgage branches for Novastar Home Mortgage Inc., then Northside Capital. She also partnered with Gold Key Homes Real Estate and Genesis Holding of Nassau LLC, who bought distressed and foreclosed properties and refurbished them for resale.
In 2007 the focus shifted to the new homes market. They bought vacant land and distressed or foreclosed property on double lots, apportioned the lots and constructed new homes for sale in the Long Island, New York area.
At the same time, Sharon was given the opportunity to own a U-Haul dealership, which complemented the real estate business. In 2010 Sharon’s location earned an award for being number one in sales by a mini dealer in her region. She sold her U-Haul location to Walgreens Pharmacy in 2012. Sharon brings her in-depth business acumen, insight, and innovation to her real estate business for the benefit of her clients.
Sharon has chosen to give back to the community as a past Vice President of the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity, Nassau County, N.Y, and her current advisory capacity with various other not-for-profit organizations. Sharon has received numerous honors and awards. She is a best-selling author and has been featured in Inman news, the number one, a world-wide news outlet for the real estate industry. On her days off, Sharon likes to unwind, reflect, and read her Bible, spend time with her family and extended church family and spoil her dog, Foofie.
